The hotel has a good location, being close to the city center made a lot within walking distance in an otherways not so walkable city. The gym was small, but had the necessary equipment for a good workout; treadmills, mats, bench, bands and manuals(weights). The breakfast was good and varied from day to day. I would definitely stay here again!

It’s not situated in the heart of anything! The area around it looks like it will eventually be revitalized. Felt safe, but not much happening down there. Looked like the hotel was getting ready for a big remodel. And a new streetcar service going through will be nice. Had to pay $20 to park their parking lot which I was not impressed with.

When I arrived. The gentleman checking us in was very polite. The hotel is great. CHEF WAS AWESOME!!!! She consistently put out fresh donuts and make sure the food was in excellent condition and HOT.! Give her a raise!!!🚨every morning she greeted me with deliciousness and a smile. WOW! Thank you to all stafff for making our stay 10/10!!!!

The room was so disappointing. I know they are in the process of renovating the rooms, the one we had was on the lower level and smelled musty as soon as we walked in. It is on the street level and about 10-12’ from Main St, so it can be bright and noisy. The lighting in the bathroom area is terrible. While we did have bar soap, the tub had two shampoos and no shower gel. Later in the evening, We appreciated the large breakfast choices.

As soon as we arrived, my friend and myself were greeted by staff! They had been extremely helpful, and made us feel extremely welcomed! We were able to quickly get signed in, and right up to our room(which was extremely clean, and comfortable! Stocked nicely!) I would love to stay here again!

Close to Crown Center and Union Station

We had a great experience here. Very close to Legoland and Union station while being much more affordable than the hotels attached to crown center. The staff was excellent and we enjoyed the breakfast and the pool.
