「The hosts were great. We arrived in the city early and they allowed us to keep our luggage there during the day until check-in. The host had brought our bags up to the room. 「The hotel was nice. The checkin staff didn’t tell us what was available, like pool or gym. They kind of helped with downtown things but not much. We had no housekeeping at all in the 3 days we were there. They were supposed to come on day two but we were skipped. Also, it would be nice to have more soap and personal care items in the room.
