From the time of check-in everything was just perfect. The staff is very friendly and professional. Location is very convenient , walking distance to all kinds of Restaurants and Coffee shops. Streetcar stopping right in front of the hotel is a bonus. All in all it was a wonderful experience.

Once arrived hotel stated that the room that I rented was booked an moved me to another room. Staff were kind enough to help with parking fee due to changes. The initial room had crusted food on the ground and smelled slightly of sewage. Room was replaced for better conditions. Not sure if every room was like this but balcony door does not have a proper seal when closed so you could hear the noises such as crime deterrent sirens and trolly bells from outside very clearly.
