"Overall good for a quaint boutique hotel. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Close to restaurants but not in the middle of Westport. Outside of the building does not exactly match the pictures, maybe several years ago and parking is a bit sketchy. Floor was dusty/dirty with someone else’s hair and dander and the in-shower conditioner was empty. Luckily I bring my own but had to get out to retrieve from my bag. The staff by far made up for the rest though!"

"Wasn't aware that there were two separate properties with the same name so we went to the other property across the street and we were very confused when we weren't able to find our room number in the building and there was no staff available to ask. The lighting in the bathroom was HORRIBLE. It was impossible to put on makeup for a wedding I was attending because the lighting was so bad!. Had to waste time shopping for brighter light bulbs to replace the very dark/dim ones above the bathroom sink. Didn't like that there was no staff on the property during our stay. Made the atmosphere feel very cold and impersonal"

"since it was winter the pool was closed there is a weird smell in the lobby and in the hallways that was offputting I like the overall design of the room and lobby have a clean modern feel but the sheets and bedding felt cheap and uncomfortable and there wasnt a warm comforter so i was cold at night. when i arrived the AC was blasting at 62 degrees and it was 25 degrees outside so the room was freezing. I had to put the thermostat up to 78 but it never really got all the way warm. no one is at the front door to help you with your bags going in or out of cars. they just ignore you. front desk and resteraunt had friendly welcoming staff. "

"Room was very clean and a nicely renovated. It had a great set up with living/sleeping area. It was quiet. You do have to pay for parking, which I’m not a fan of since I’m paying for the room. Breakfast is separate and expensive. There are many good other breakfast options in the are. I would definitely stay there again as the location is perfect to walk around the Plaza."

"The Aida was lovely! The hospitality was superb! So comfy! So close to The Plaza and the arts district. Highly recommend!"

"Yes, the breakfast was great. The only thing I'd mention when checking in is that we were told breakfast was served until 10 - which are weekend hours. It is only served until 9 as we were there during the week. "
