"Clean modern hotel, nice hot breakfast and the rooftop view was a treat. Appreciated the friendly and professional front desk staff and nice layout of our room. Very clean. While this hotel is not in close proximity to a subway (but we used uber for the most part anyway) and is in a more industrial/isolated area (but we did not intend to spend a lot of time there as we were visiting family in Astoria and Manhattan), would definitely recommend it to folks who want quality accommodations and can be flexible in terms of transportation. Very reasonably priced for an NYC area hotel but with a solid positive experience you’d expect from a Marriott. "
