The kind front desk employee was very gracious and went above and beyond to allow me to do so. She called housekeeping to see if they had a room finished for me, and went the extra mile. I appreciate this level of care and customer service. I used the shuttle to get to the airport and that was so convenient and left promptly as scheduled.
