1/5 - Terrible
I understand things happen but the staff was horrible

Very clean room and nice location. My family of 4 stay in a 2 double bed room and had sufficient space.

The room is obviously dated but spacious and there are plenty elevators, so minimal wait time unlike the other hotels in nyc such as Holiday Inn timesquare and Margaritaville, Arthouse and a hotel near koreatown. The staff are friendly and went ober and behond for is several times. I looove the location. ...

Accessible to the city & so convenient for all needs.
Bayside was a pleasing product for its rank. I would recommend. I would suggest that they provide some more assistants with luggage to and from rooms
Our TV didn't work. They came up and tried to fix it, then offered to let us change rooms, but it was late so we just stayed where we were.
A RESTAURANT MECCA!
Wasn’t very clean. Bathroom especially.
