The front desk receptionist in the morning is very pleasant 😊. The one at nights the skinny one, she simply is the worst, doesn't acknowledge you, booked reservation her response is no room and then back to her phone conversation 😑. I had to let her know I had a reservation and then she put me in a disgusting rooms with holes in the wall, I just decided not to see her again and get out the place.

I left I lose my money on this hotel that is more like a motel dirty I won’t recommend this hotel the staff is very nasty and the rooms are terrible disgusting the bed dirty with hair etc.

They is no secure parking for your vehicle, requested a non smoking room and the room i got you could smell the smoke a mile away, the room was very out dated sheets had holes in them the bed and the pillows were horrible, the walls had staines in them

I loved everything from the interior of the Hotel; originally booked the hotel because of a long layover for JFK airport, my flight was cancelled and the cost was cheap. However the problem is the neighborhood the Hotel was in was kinda sketchy. There were drug dealers, alcoholics, and shouting homeless around the outside area. At one point I almost wanted to call the police, and I felt at risk of being robbed while taking a stroll. I secured my phone, wallet, and passport that I had on me as an extra precaution. Transportation wasn’t good, had to walk 4-5 blocks for nearest MTA (both subway and buses included) Glad the staff was friendly tho, eased my concerns a bit. Food options around the area = very limited.

The rooms are not the worse like people claim but this more of a motel than hotel. Smoke free rooms but people smoke hallways smell of weed and cigarettes. I stayed in room 215 next door people blasted reggae nonstop and smoking weed not normal hotel behavior. “hotel” needs an update on bed spread, curtains? linen, towels and walls need paint. Had police presence today while I was waiting on my Lyft they asking me about did I witness a stabbing…..ummm excuse me no sir!. Location is convenient but yeah I don’t think I would stay here again.

Then room was very dirty, hair in the showers, hair on the floor. Good thing was the size of the beds - 2 king size beds. Rooms near by had water coming from under their doors. Was hoping to get to the LIRR station easy, but that didn't happen. Took Uber to get around. Not staying there again.

You will get what you pay for. NYC hotels are expensive so the lower price....is for a reason. Someone had showered right before we checked in the room so it was all steamy. Powerful smell of smoke that never went away. We avoided the bathroom as much as possible. Audible patron drama in the morning.
