"Don't want to complain too much since we only stayed for two nights and it was fine for that. Location is perfect, staff was nice, thought it was weird that the grab and go closed early. We arrived at check-in time, realized we wanted to get a snack and a drink after settling in the room and couldn't because the area was closed and the front desk wouldn't add it to the room bill... least we assumed they couldn't because they told us where the nearest convenient store was to get what we needed. Our room was in desperate need of updates - the AC didn't work, only blew out hot air so we slept with the windows open. TV remote buttons didn't work except for power and the actual numbers so you had to go old school and manually input the numbers to get to a different channel. Worst was the bathroom though. We had no problem with it being dated and in need of some new paint but we did have a problem with everything else in there because the sink leaked everywhere whenever you turned it on and also clogged immediately, we had to shimmy the toilet handle after flushing otherwise the toilet would keep running, and the tub leaked when taking a shower. Still, we were hardly in the room and the bed was comfortable but for what we paid for only two nights, I expected a little more than what we got."

"We liked the hotel, but we found on the 7th floor that there was a great deal of HVAC noise going in and out in a very loud pattern of noise, that was keeping us awake. Kindly, they did move us to a higher floor, and that made a very big difference. They also did give us a bottle of wine to compensate. "

"The air conditioning unit was malfunctioning, maintaining a room temperature of 80 degrees. SO HOT. The window was broken remaining open, and despite multiple requests to the front desk for assistance, no one arrived. We had to keep calling and calling. Furthermore, housekeeping only visited the room once. "
