Love this hotel. Great location, courteous staff, clean rooms. The rooftop bar is a great amenity.

Always great to come back to the Lotte NY Palace for our annual Veterans Day weekend trip. We’ve stayed here for the last four years and will continue. The hotel is in a great location. The double beds seem larger than normal and are comfortable and the rooms are large. The service is always outstanding. ...

Staff were very friendly and helpful; room was really spacious and clean. Excellent location within 3 blocks of two big subway stations and theatres, clubs, and shopping precinct.

Nice roomy hotel. Could use hooks/rods in bathroom and hallway and more bedding.

This is my hometown. I tend to travel monthly and stay at different hotels all the time. I love this city.
Better service with towels, wash clothes, room to be clean, having water and coffee for customers. Very, very poor place to stay for 5 long days.
Random parking fees and cheap breakfast says it all. Will not say again.
Paying for parking each night you are there was the biggest turn off. I have stayed at dozens of Extended Stays and this turned me off from going to this location again. It was great in many other ways but don’t go if you plan to get nickel and dimed
Nice overcharge, very disappointed.
