"It's a nice hotel with a short walk to subway. Very clean, very friendly staff members. It's all you need for a comfortable stay to explore New York City."

"Sheets dirty, door locks don’t work and apparently the whole hotel doors are made that way and you can only use the latch. Ac smelled bad, made a lot of noise and barely blew cold air. Staff came to check it out and stated it’s fine. While checking in I had to wait over 30 minutes due to no one being at the desk and I’ve called and you can hear the phone just ringing. "
