Employees in the hotel were really nice and helpful. Breakfast is standard and good, also managed pretty well by a friendly staff member. Best part is they have a shuttle every 30 minutes to the airport in the mornings and 1 hour later in the day. Driver was very good and really guided me through the airport

My wife and I stayed here to go to the US Open. I will admit when we first pulled up we were a bit nervous due to location but was pleasantly surprised once we went inside. The hotel just seems to be in an odd location. The only reason I don’t give this place an overall excellent is the location. The staff was very friendly and helpful, shuttle was great, the entire facility as very clean. Breakfast provided was very convenient and above average. The Q26 bus stop was right out front that will take you to the 7 Train. From there you can pretty much go anywhere in NYC. I would say this place is a hidden gem. Don’t let the outside fool ya.

The neighborhood looked a lot less dodgy in the daytime, but the key thing is that the Inn is close to LaGuardia. Half the rooms are a little bit below ground, but they are clean, spacious, comfortable, and well lit. Breakfast was great on the whole, though the waffle had a little off taste. The staff was friendly and competent, and there when I checked in at 12:15am.

I had a good stay overall. I booked this hotel at the last minute after my flight was canceled, and it turned out to be a great choice. The staff was friendly, informative, and attentive from check-in through my stay. The room itself was clean, although the bathroom could have used a bit more attention before my arrival. I mentioned it to the front desk, and they were very apologetic and addressed the issue promptly, which I really appreciated. One of the biggest conveniences was the complimentary airport shuttle, especially after a stressful travel day. Overall, I had a positive experience and would definitely stay here again.
