Staff in hotel was Great, The early shuttle bus driver was great. Leaving hotel shuttle driver smelled of weed, He was high AF couldn’t load the van with luggage. Kept saying it’s his first day of work an didn’t know any better! Drive like a crazy person! Didn’t stop for stop sign!! Other than that driver we had a good time! Hotel was clean. Odd lay out but it works.

When I first arrived and checked in I was told that parking was an additional $25. However there are no spots available being that I found out upon checking I could have been screwed if the man next door didn't let me park in there a lot for an additional fee. My original room was filthy and did not have any heat however when I went to the front desk the young girl working could not have been more sympathetic and polite and gave me another room which was much cleaner, working heat, and a very comfortable bed.

The phone number is not working to call for the shuttle service. I waited 2hrs before I finally got the shuttle. The hotel is being renovated while they are still operating. The vending machine was not working properly, we never got any breakfast in the morning as stated. The nicest person was the Shuttle driver. Will never go back there, nor would I recommend there to anyone.

Very dirty hotelor what I would consider a motel. Guests complaining no heat in the rooms when it was 12° outside. We had a reservation for the last room and when we openes the door, somebody was already staying in there. They charged us $25 to park, but there was no parking so they were telling us to go down the street. We had to leave and asked for our money back and they are giving us a hard time.

I booked this for my daughter. The room was cold, heater supplied was not in a good condition the bathroom was flooded when she entered the room and the place was not properly clean. She informed the hotel that the bathroom was flooded, maintenance then fixed it but did not clean it properly. Shuttle services did not show, she had to organise alternative transport to the hotel

Only stayed one night because of a cancelled flight. Room was extremely small and the staff didn’t seem very attentive or welcoming. Not the best experience overall.

This hotel needs major renovation and changes, if they want to survive. Looks like a dump. Nothing but white bread and coffee for breakfast. Had to wait for the shuttle for an hour in 10 degree weather, and the shuttle never came. Ended up taking Uber. Will never stay there again.

the furniture where the TV is, in Unit 125 needs to be replaced. It is heavily stained and affects the overall appearance of the unit. Investing in something inexpensive yet clean and presentable would greatly improve the unit’s presentation.
