「Kind , professional , hotel in great condition big room and fabulous position」

「Equipment Improvement」

「It’s our favorite hotel in all New York. It’s like coming home.」

「地理位置好」

「This an excellent place!」

「I would never book here again. They never gave me my check in info when I told them the time I’m checking in. I had to find another hotel at 8pm on a holiday weekend. They blocked my phone number after I tried calling them」

「空调很吵 早餐有点差 马桶盖上有灰尘和头发 好在地理位置非常不错」

「two tiers security check experience unwelcome, the main enterance security staff has done over duty on my visit, every time I exit or enter the Hotel, same security staff only asked me for the Hotel pass, but any other guest enter to Hotel without any request on Room card,」

「The room is tidy and clean, I really enjoyed. They offer free breakfast, which tastes good and is really convenient. The most important thing is that the night is peace and you can sleep well. I just don’t know what I can complain. It’s really convenient to travel around by living in this hotel, which is close to the subway. And you can just walk around to like Times Square, apple avenue 5, MoMA」

「Unpleasant experience 」

「The room is very clean and tidy. It is a two double bed room and spacious compared the ones in New York. Just less than 5 minutes from the closest subway but the nearby environment noisy.」
