The room is tidy and clean, I really enjoyed. They offer free breakfast, which tastes good and is really convenient. The most important thing is that the night is peace and you can sleep well. I just don’t know what I can complain. It’s really convenient to travel around by living in this hotel, which is close to the subway. And you can just walk around to like Times Square, apple avenue 5, MoMA

The staff was genuinely friendly. The folks in the breakfast area were especially so! The coffee may have been the best in a hotel we have ever had. The breakfast was hot and was replenished quickly. The rooms were very clean, quiet and we felt quite safe. We were able to walk to most places. We would certainly stay here on our next visit.

This place was horrific. It was hot as hell. The air kept cutting off. The room was the size of a shoe box. The elevators were extremely crowded and at one point we waited 25 mins to get one. And the parking garage is 10 blocks away so you have to valet your car for $95 per day. The staff were amazing but other than that it was gross.

The hotel amenities were excellent and truly enhanced our stay. Everything was well-maintained, convenient, and thoughtfully provided, making it easy to relax and enjoy the experience. However, the only downside was that the air conditioning in our room never worked. We reported it several times, but it was never fixed, and we had to sleep with a fan provided by the hotel. Overall, future travelers can expect great facilities, but it may be worth confirming that everything in the room is functioning properly upon arrival.

The rooms/bathrooms are VERY small. The elevators are painfully slow. They are under renovation in the lobby area which made it very congested and hectic. We wanted to go up to the rooftop bar and were told it was full and we couldn’t go. On the plus side it was conveniently located to the theatre we went to as well as other attractions. We were a block off the extremely busy area of Times Square so it was not that noisy. I wish I could remember the bellman that helped store our luggage when we arrived and when we left. He was wonderful. Irving, the manager was also helpful when I expressed our disappointment.

Nice hotel; patrons another story. Saw someone refill their water bottle with orange juice, and put the lip on the juice machine…very unsanitary…staff did nothing when I alerted them. Other guests were holding the elevator at 4 am and the alarm was going off—very rude.

Rooms are VERY compact ( we had 4 adults in a 2 double bed room) but the location and friendly staff cannot be beat!!! We were in NYC to go to 2 Broadway shows and a Yankees game. Easy walking access to everything, including the subway. Entrance to hotel is around the corner from Broadway, so you get away from some of the neon lights/ heavy traffic. “Continental breakfast” was really a hot, restaurant style breakfast…. we were impressed! Felt it was a real value. Hotel felt clean and safe.

First off, the property location is the best if you want to stay in time square. Very convenient walking every where and very easy to look for food. The breakfast was the same every day so you can plan what to eat on your first day and try a different one on your next days. The room is very cramped for a family of 4, we got the 2 double beds. It’s hard to move around especially when have 4 luggages but I think this is what you pay for the location convenience. The room is clean but they rarely come to clean it while you’re there and sometimes they don’t even check if you still have shampoo or shower gel, I have to call for refill which they did right away. The air con or heating is very noisy. Elevator can be crowded may take time to use but it worked out for us.

Property was under some kind of construction and was immensely loud within the lobby. Rooms are extremely tight where the desk chair couldn’t even be swung around without hitting the beds.
