The elevators were insane. Crazy wait times. We didn’t have wash cloths when we arrived. They didn’t replace the make up cloths so there were two for our entire stay sun-sat.

The hotel’s location is excellent, with subway stations conveniently close by, making it very easy to get around the city. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which truly made a difference. The food was good and offered a nice variety, especially for breakfast. During our stay, the hotel was undergoing renovations, so there was noticeable noise, plastic coverings in parts of the lobby and dining area, and limited seating space for meals. However, the staff did a great job informing us of the best times to go down for breakfast, which we really appreciated. The room and linens were not the cleanest, but they were not bad enough to prevent us from staying again. I am not sure about parking availability, but the proximity to public transportation made it unnecessary. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would stay here again.

The elevators were very slow. Had to wait 25 minutes to be able to get down to 1st floor. We were on the 4th floor. Towels were small and rough. To pay $2500 for 3 nights and not have decent towels and very little amenities. Many people were frustrated about the elevators.

We paid for a city view room, but we were looking at a wall on the 4th floor. We requested a higher floor and went up to 31. It was a king bed room, but it was so small and we could barely walk around the bed. No counter space in bathroom, and the room had double entry doors which were very noisy! The location is fantastic, but elevators are a problem at busy times and breakfast is a hot mess. No places to sit to eat and people just sitting around drinking coffee.

This hotel is absolutely the perfect place to stay at ! You’re in the middle of Times Square, so it’s easy to explore the area since you’re basically in midtown. The free breakfast always changes each morning, so it was great to have different variety of choices to choose from. The Top Lounge is definitely worth a visit, as the drinks and service were excellent and relaxing, and the view was absolutely breath taking! Elevators do get busy in between check in and out, but not too much of a hassle. It was surprisingly very quiet at night, which is a surprise since it’s a busy city, but made it perfect for us to get our sleep in. Highly recommend booking here if you plan on visiting New York!!

Clean room. Great breakfast. The extra money for a city view was hilarious. The window just showed the street and hotel across the street. I could see the reflexion of time square lights. The hotel location is EXCELLENT. The lobby was a mess and overcrowded. People all over waiting for the late rooms. Staff cramming laundry carts/maintenance carts in tiny elevators along with guests. One guest got a mop to the face! If the price was right, I’d do it again for the breakfast and location, and just lower my expectations for everything else. And skip the “upgrade” for better view.

Hotel location & Amenities were great and breakfast is so convenient. I was concerned about the bad reviews about the elevators taking forever but I had no issues. Bed was so comfortable but I'm a light sleeper and you can hear everything coming from the other rooms. The only reason for my 3 stars is due to the terrible customer service from Tara/Teara something similar to that at front desk, when I initially checked in she wasn't welcoming at all, wouldn't look at me and simply said my room wasn't ready, I came back a few hours later and asked about my room and again didn't look at me and instead looked at another of her co workers and asked to help me. She was either in a bad mood that day or she's racist against Hispanics but that's terrible on her end and she should possibly receive customer service training!
