I checked in early but my room was. It ready even after 6 hours! The people who came after me were checked in while I was waiting and the hotel said it’s because I’m getting a park view room! The hotel is really nice, this is my second time there. It is clean very professional staff and the location is amazing.

The Pierre seems to have seen better times. The experience was generally ok but not great. The atmosphere feels tired with no sense of style or design in the public areas such as lobby and restaurants. The hotel history should not be its only strength. Room was classic and well appointed and service good and friendly so it just about balanced the negative aspect.. Taj should consider investing money for a full renovation
