Checked in close to noon after traveling all morning and thought I could get my room early. Gentleman stated that were no rooms similar to the one I booked available yet. Expensive for what it is, id compare to a nice hilton, crown plaza as to room quality. What i didnt like was the resort fee or whatever they call the extra fee, I dont know what value I received for that charge, paying close to $350 for a tiny room then been nickle and dimed with a special fee then 98 dollars for valet parking for 24 hours is a rip off. 「The first being the size of the room, it was incredibly small The reason why this hotel was disappointing was the view. I paid extra for the Empire State Building and although I could see it, it wasn’t a perfect view and there was obstruction. Honestly, there are way better hotel in the city. Covid19 obviously prevents certain things like house keeping, restaurants in the hotel being closed as well as the gym not being open, which is understandable but annoying. 「It's a unique experience use machine to check in & out, but still need assist; front desk is good and 27th floor have a big place let guest take a cup of cofee and sit for relax. Only the air condition is too noisy others are good and convenient. Subway & train station is nearby walking distance 5 minutes around. 」
