"The staff was friendly and the location was convenient (though it is less Times Square area and more Hell’s Kitchen). Outside of those two things, I would not recommend staying here. Our showers were barely luke warm and, yes, we turned the knob all the way to the left as recommended. Our phone in our room did not work, the water pressure in the sink was very low, and there was no safe. The beds were okay, but nothing to write home about. It was clean enough, but you can tell the furniture and bedding have seen better days. I am not sure how this is considered a 4 star hotel. I personally would not stay here again."

"Our room was never cleaned unless we call someone to do it. Not sure why this was the case. Bed not made, trash not picked up. No fresh towels. We were there for 4 days. Only had someone come (after calling front desk) to freshen up our room ONCE. That was on the 2nd day. To get fresh towels, had to catch the lady and ask for it. And the elevator was sooo busy. You will wait a long time for it. we got a room on the 15th floor. In order to go down, best strategy is to go round trip (go up and just ride again all the down. Good things: 1. welcome home package of 2 drinks and a snack 2. Breakfast - good 3. Location - great as it close to Timesquare and broadway "

"Room was extremely small , some areas of the bed side cover showed some wear. Mattress was extremely soft, pillows bulky ,had a hard time sleeping. Complained to the front desk manager about the mattress and pillows, no other options were available."

"Only complaint i have is i wish the bar stayed open later however it was an awesome stay and the staff were helpful. Room was great and everything worked as it should."
