"Easy to go around Times Square, 5th Avenue, Central Park…dated hotel not really a IHG. Check in just ok."

"The breakfast was amazing! Very nice selection of food and very well run. Such a huge room and so many people, but very efficient at getting everyone in and out quickly. Really great location close to Times Square and right on Restaurant Row. "

"The staff was friendly and the location was convenient (though it is less Times Square area and more Hell’s Kitchen). Outside of those two things, I would not recommend staying here. Our showers were barely luke warm and, yes, we turned the knob all the way to the left as recommended. Our phone in our room did not work, the water pressure in the sink was very low, and there was no safe. The beds were okay, but nothing to write home about. It was clean enough, but you can tell the furniture and bedding have seen better days. I am not sure how this is considered a 4 star hotel. I personally would not stay here again."

"It looks older than I visited a few years ago. There are no fridge and microwave and the space is limited. There is no desk light and the battery of the safe was dead although the staff replaced the battery and sent a desk light to my room fast. "

"Room was extremely small , some areas of the bed side cover showed some wear. Mattress was extremely soft, pillows bulky ,had a hard time sleeping. Complained to the front desk manager about the mattress and pillows, no other options were available."

"Only complaint i have is i wish the bar stayed open later however it was an awesome stay and the staff were helpful. Room was great and everything worked as it should."
