「We were nicely welcome by Charles , who immediately provided with 2 comfortable rooms. The third one open up a couple hours later than expected. Besides having the elevators not working for few days, the friendless of crew (breakfast, cleaning and drivers) made our 17 day stay pleasant. Christine showed concern for us and offer help during the time when elevator wasn’t working . Rooms were impeccable clean, our cleaning lady always had a huge smile when we asked for extra towels or toiletries....
