「Seamless check in. Traveled with an ADA, Veronica read our booking request and our room was already assigned and ready. Thank you. That made this family vacation memorable and peaceful for our family member. Douglas and Veronica were always smiling and wishing us well on our daily outings. Going forward this is our NYC hotel. Great Location: walking distance food markets, restaurants, quick trains to Manhattan.」

「這個我必須反饋一下，隔音效果實在不行！外面什麽聲音聼得一清二楚，而且不停在半夜三更也會有听到！其次那個空調溫度也上不來，被子也沒有，就一張布當被子，不和衣冷到根本你沒法睡！」
