"The location is perfect for tourists! It’s in the center of Times Square and provides easy access to subway stations. The rooms are spacious, and the noise control is good. However, check-in was a disaster. We arrived early in the morning and completed the check-in process, but the rooms were not ready yet, which was totally normal. When we returned at 3:30 PM, the line was extremely long, and it took forever for each guest. Luckily, since we had already checked in earlier, the manager helped us skip the line and retrieve our room keys, which had already been prepared. We arrived on a Saturday, and the check-in line remained long until at least 4:30 PM. Plan ahead if you’re arriving during busy hours!"
