「Waiting for elevators took ages. Asked for house keeping at 8am, no one came to clean when I went back at 2:30 pm. 「The service is very good! It's clean and newly decorated. I will come back again next time! The hotel also provides luggage storage, which only costs 1 US dollar per piece, which is very good!」

「The location can’t be beat, such a nice area of the west village, convenient and close walk to the subway. If you’re looking to visit Brooklyn it is super close to that area as well. The rooms were clean, great amenities and the staff was super helpful nice and kind. For the price and area, there’s no way it can be beat, your away from a lot of the hustle bustle of the city, and you get a nice little cozy spot you can call your own」
