Great room and nice size with a king bed and roomy bathroom. We checked in around 11pm so were happy to have a cozy bed and lots of fluffy pillows. Staff was helpful and check-in was smooth-going. Will consider another stay when we're in Manhattan as location was awesome!

Room was very clean and the beds are nice! Relatively big room for NYC- front desk was helpful except when we asked for them to refill the water jug in the lobby. PERFECT location- super close walk to flatiron, Chelsea, etc and the subway station, we also walked to MSG for a concert. Definitely would stay again!

This was my BEST stay in NYC! The location is beautiful, very well maintained and located in a safe area. I loved the rooms, they’re big, comfortable and clean, the bathroom was hands down a 100/10! Spacious, modern, clean and comfortable as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful and made me feel like I was home. I’ll definitely be coming back to this hotel in my next trip, I loved EVERYTHING about it ❤️

The room was clean. Front desk was always very helpful and friendly. The only thing was out little refrigerator didn’t work properly. We let the front desk know. The restaurant on the entrance of the hotel was excellent. Over all we were very satisfied with the hotel.
