I understand this is a family resort, but you cannot go anywhere where there aren't overactive and noisy teenagers, even bars are full of them!

The hotel was excellent, the employees there were so very nice, professional. The food is delicious, the shows at night are excellent, the kids area safe and fun. The Mexican night was excellent the mariachis, foods and decorations… We really enjoyed our stayed at Hyatt Ziva Rivera Cancun… Is highly recommended for families…
