"Everything was great. Shea (I hope I spelled her name right) was wonderful at check-in and very helpful. She provided us great information about the town and places to eat near by. "

"I think everyone was smoking in the rooms so my room smelt like cigarettes bad. The place is so beat up it’s nothing like the pictures. False advertising. The sheets and bedding did seem clean but the rest was less desirable. "

"We had a great stay at this hotel. We stayed in a very spacious suite and one of the biggest I have stayed in. Room was clean, great amenities, and great hot water pressure which is always a big deal for me at hotels. The check in prices was seamless and no issues at check in. This hotel is the only riverfront hotel available in Louisville and it’s close walking distance to great restaurants, shops and bars. "
