"Our 6-night stay in Louisville was as comfortable and enjoyable as any hotel could be. The staff was very helpful from the moment we arrived to our checkout. The breakfast each day was very good, and the accommodations were clean, comfortable and inviting. If we are ever in Louisville again, we will definitely choose Townplace Suites Marriott Downtown!"

"The location of the Grady Hotel is wonderful — situated right in the heart of downtown Louisville, close to the Bourbon Trail and surrounded by great local shops and restaurants. I really wanted to love this hotel because I typically enjoy staying at smaller boutique properties. While the staff was friendly, the hotel lacked the attention to detail needed to feel truly “luxury.” The housekeeping was particularly disappointing. Our room was noticeably dusty, and the bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly daily. Water bottles were also not consistently restocked as expected. We also experienced an issue with the curtain tracks in the bedroom. The curtains for two large windows came off the track, and although housekeeping saw the problem, it wasn't addressed during our stay. For two of our four nights, we were unable to fully close the curtains. We could have contacted the front desk, but this should have been noticed and proactively resolved by housekeeping. Overall, the hotel has a great location and boutique charm, but the operational details and room upkeep need improvement to meet luxury hotel expectations."

"They Nickle and dime you for everything. They should at least provide you fresh brewed coffee in the lobby. A cookie, apple, or orange. Come on. 2 free bottles of purified water in your room! Really? You'd expect more for a high-end hotel with a $350 per night room (excluding taxes and fees). I know you are a business. But this model of squeezing your customer for every penny is horrible. At this price, you can do better."

"Spacious room, historic building downtown Louisville! Convenient to downtown restaurants..also had a very nice bar and restaurant on location. Outstanding breakfast buffet! "

"The Roof top bar is very nice! They even had the fire pit on during our stay. They had a blues band playing also! The parking in the garage was easy but costs $60 dollars a day. The breakfast buffet was very good with a large assortment of food items. The room was clean and comfortable."
