"WORST EXPERIENCE. You best call them repeatedly and check on your reservation because I paid $400+ for ONE NIGHT for the Zach Bryan concert, so we would be close to the stadium, my oldest daughters and small grandchildren could swim while I took my 15 year old to the concert and we could spend the next day exploring the area as a family outing. All was ruined. Got there about 1.5 hours before we wanted to head to the concert, traffic was bad so we was already in a time crunch. Upon checking in, told the guy my name and his face changed zone and he immediately ran to the back for about 20 mins, then came back saying we overbooked but you can drive over to INDIANA AND STAY AT THIS OTHER HOTEL. Mind you lots of homeless folks , run down areas & low rating hotels all around, a lot cheaper but I chose this one for safety, indoor pool and convenience. The hotel he tried to send me to had none of that so I declined, he then went missing another 30 mins, now my daughters crying we are running very late and he comes out saying go here is 12 mins away. I fight through traffic very sketchy part of town and arrive at a DAYS INN THAT WAS ABOUT 80 years old inside and out. I ENDED UP JUST GETTING READY, going to the concert, my other family members just sat outside the concert with the babies and tried to make the best of it and after we had to drive 1.5 hours away at 3 am and I rented ANOTHER ROOM. Would not go back to Louisville Kentucky and especially this hotel. "

"The hotel is beautiful. Our friends room wasn’t ready as it was a very busy weekend which wasn’t ideal as we were going to a concert. Showers were amazing tho, great pressure and soap brand smelt like the spa. "

"We arrived for a volleyball tournament out of state dropped off by a Lyft after early travel. They told us check-in was three and if we wanted to check in at lunchtime when we arrived, we had to pay an additional $50 so we said no and came back at 2:00 and they said it would be an additional $25. We went back at 2:30 and ironically since we turned down giving them money they said they wouldn’t have any rooms clean until three.. I get to Disney World at 11 and check in at four and they always get me in and they are fully booked as well and I stay at Hiltons and they always get me in. The rooms were very cramped with the two beds facing the highway with no drawers in the bedroom very loud street noise ..when we went to the room we even thought there was only one bed in there. The room was so small and cramped ..in the bathroom the showerhead was so forceful that it hurt my body literally when I was taking a shower and I couldn’t even get my hair rinsed out good because of the way it was hitting so forcefully and we couldn’t even fix it!! We did not have any cleaning service the first day or anyone asking if we needed more towels, we had to hunt someone down the second day to get more towels and more toilet paper. There was no breakfast buffet like in all of the other places we have stayed and there was no Pool. Trust me. There are much better places to stay in downtown Louisville. We made a big mistake this trip!!"

"Clean room, very nice staff when we checked in! We really enjoyed the bar in the lobby before the concert then definitely after with Zombie Taco and the bar still open until 1 AM. "
