"The hotel is conveniently located. It was clean, rooms were nicely sized and the bed was comfortable. But the beat part was the amazing shower pressure! "

"The “full service” restaurant was terrible! Literally the worst half of what we ordered for breakfast was not available including milk, breakfast sausage, butter, croissant, cream for coffee the rest of breakfast was cooked wrong. The yogurt smelled rotten. The side of toast for $4 was ridiculous! A stale piece of cheap bread, half toasted, no butter, honey or jam available no discounts were offered whatsoever for all the issues. The valet parking was a joke. $36/day but we had to wait forever for the attendant to show up and retrieve our keys only to have us get our own car from the lot and park it again upon return. We basically paid $36/day for a parking lot adjacent to a public lot that was $7/day. So we overpaid by a ridiculous amount for no service at all. I can only say that the room was clean and bed was comfortable. Everything else was unacceptable. "

"I have stayed before with very pleasant stays. This time they were short staffed making this last stay not as pleasurable. Hopefully they can manage to get more staffing. Breakfast was good, parking we used valet. "

"Upon arrival we were greeted warmly. Everyone has a pleasant smile and personality. The room was fantastic. The bed was very comfortable and the shower pressure was good. I felt safe as a single traveler."

"Wonderful hotel. The room and bathroom were clean and aesthetically pleasing. "Chance" helped us to our room and gave us an amazing history of the hotel. He was professional and friendly. The restaurant downstairs was ok. We were able to Uber to The Last Refuge, a converted church/bar. So cool. Make reservations though. The ONLY complaint I would have would be... A towel had orange stains on it, and a bathmat the next day had a big tear in it. Both were clean but should have just been discarded. I would stay there again ! "
