The Seelbach has an excellent bar that offers a wide range of drinks. The hotel staff are very accommodating and responsive and the hotel itself is absolutely stunning! The history and the architecture of the hotel are a must see!

Beautiful hotel. Elegant guest room that was ideal in comfort and style. We lazily stayed in to make the most of the room. Had drinks in bar both start of night and nightcap. piano player throughout evening excellent touch to such a landmark hotel experience. highly recommend.

Great location for our Bourbon Trail trip. Beautiful ornate surroundings! Room was OK. Safe in closet was broken and we told staff (Willie) at desk. Was not replaced or fixed. Bathroom floor was sticky as our shoes stuck slightly upon entering. No fridge, thank God we brought a cooler for leftovers! Nothing to comment on the ordinary breakfast. Bar offered good cocktails and inviting atmosphere. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I loved that it was an historic hotel and that Hilton very evidently cares about the legacy of the Seelbach — preserving whatever possible of the original hotel through the years is challenging work, but doing so nets so much credit among those who appreciate the history. From an elegant lobby, well-appointed rooms, and readily available and accessible historic spaces this hotel is the best place I’ve stayed in years.
