「Hello, The hotel is clean and the staff is very nice .the reason for the 3 stars is how loud it is ,you can hear everything outside all night long .and the auto night lights that you can't turn off.」

「There was no parking when we arrived in the evening for check in. Was given the choice of trying to find a free parking spot on the street or park in a paid lot a block away. Doing so at night in a sketchy neighborhood was rather unsettling. Wish they did a better job accommodating guests upon their arrival.」

「Breakfast was great and convenient. Traveled with 3 kids and requested a rollaway bed. The bed was in our room when we got there already made up! Bathroom was on the smaller side. Overall, great location and great facility.」

「Downtown but not in an area I want to walk around. Homelessness surrounding the hotel and some seedy businesses. Overall safer than some other cities but still not an area I was super comfortable with. It was good for a 1 night stay. Clean, decent breakfast with a nice view. Staff were very helpful.」

The location was great for dinner plans and a short easy drive to Churchill Downs. Breakfast was delicious—especially the biscuits and gravy.
