The photo's shown of the property are misleading. My family and I left a day and a half into my 4 day trip to stay elsewhere. The rooms mini fridge didn't work, the phone was missing buttons, our room had black mold, the carpet looked as if it were there for 10+ years without being clean. I will not recommend that location to anyone in need of lodging and will exhaust every option possible before booking a stay at another Radisson hotel

I liked that everything was clean and staff friendly, but parking in conjunction with the room was a bit of a walk. also wish we had "free" breakfast. the price that you all gave me was $66.57 per room, plus tax and the price on the hotel receipt was $55.09, was wondering what the difference was?

It’s a real big hotel so clean and comfortable, they have restaurant and bar which is good, u can celebrate your birthday there as well, two pools and it’s also near the lake.

Quick check in. Only issue was I called property before checking in to confirm the card on file would be charged for the deposit as my father would arrive for his room before me. I was assured it would be however when my father arrived they made him pay the deposit instead of calling me or confirming with me first. Other than that great staff, hallways were a bit hot and muggy but room was clean and comfortable.

I returned home with my family for a funeral, and since I had fond memories of the former Marriott Hotel, I chose the Radisson in hopes to relive fond moments in the midst of our bereavement. I last stayed there some 20 years ago for a friend’s wedding, and previously our Charlestown class of ‘81 had our 20th reunion there. On those occasions, the property was nice, and well kept. I enjoyed swimming in the clean pool, and enjoyed craft beers and appetizers in the pub. The rooms were clean and sanitary. But I knew I’d made a mistake upon pulling up to the Radisson Louisville North on July 15th, 2025, in choosing this hotel over many other fine hotels in Kentuckiana. Cigarette butts littered the grounds, and a broken brown bottle lay on the sidewalk. As I crossed the entry, a strong chlorine stench filled the air. It was no doubt coming from the pool below, accessible from the open lobby. Construction tape blocked off the in renovation restaurant, and no attempt was made to mask the unsightly mess therein. I addressed the desk captain, and he was courteous, and addressed our need for adjoining rooms. I now wish he’d not been so accommodating, because our room was in an obviously blocked off or blacked out section of the property. As we passed through the dingy and dirty hallways, we prepared ourselves for a letdown as to the conditions of the rooms. We’d reserved the Executive Suite to spoil ourselves a bit as we faced the funeral of our father the next day. Yuck.
A broken beer bottle was on the sidewalk both days we stayed. Goose poop everywhere too. And cigarette butts on the ground at every entrance.
Cockroaches came up through the sink drain. The toilet clogged, and water stood in the bathtub after a five minute shower.

The main lobby was very deceiving as it was nice and inviting but the wing we stayed in was very old and out dated. Tiles were missing in the floors of the hallway and a trip hazard. Beds were uncomfortable and people were very loud. It seemed to be long term residents and construction workers.
