Need to Drain & clean the pool. Spray & sweep door entrances from hanging spiders. Better hours for food, drinks & swimming. Other than that..the staff were very friendly, & my stay was peaceful. Can’t wait to come back!!!!

That was the most insane thing that has ever happened to me during a hotel stay. Today, Friday the 26th, it was a beautiful sunny day, so I thought I’d go sit by the pool. There was a sign outside that said the pool was closed. Like at any other hotel, I didn’t see a problem with just sitting on a chair for an hour — I didn’t need to swim. Out of nowhere, a nasty guy in a wheelchair suddenly shouted at me: “Get the fck out of here!”* I was shocked and asked, “Who are you?” He replied, “I’m maintenance here, and the pool is closed. Get out now!” I was so upset. I asked him to stop talking to me like that and showed him my room key to confirm I was a guest. I also called the front desk to ask for the manager, but he wasn’t available. The guy left — but believe it or not, he came back shortly with two police officers. Yes, the maintenance guy actually called the police on a hotel guest — just because I was sitting on a chair in the closed pool area. The police walked with us to the front desk, but the manager still wasn’t at the hotel. They didn’t even ask me for ID, because even they couldn’t believe the ridiculous reason the guy called them for. In the end, the police left, but the guy was still rude and nasty. I ignored him and waited for the manager, but never got to see him. This whole incident wasn’t just insulting to me as a guest — it’s a shame for the hotel to keep someone like this working there. Having a maintenance worker call the police over something so trivial

Place was very unclean. Roaches. Stains, the pool was in terrible shape. Bed was comfy tho. And SOME of the staff was friendly.

Very friendly staff. They were fully booked back to back because of the music festivals but the facilities were still super clean and quiet! The pool was cloudy which was my only complaint. But otherwise 10/10 would stay here again!

Attempted calling hotel day of reservation cause my stay was randomly cancelled and it took 40 minutes for someone to answer. Bugs everywhere on the property. Mosquitos smushed on shower ceiling. Went up to ask for an extra towel and it took 30 minutes due to only one staff member working at 11 in the morning and then dealing with another guest at the time. Rooms very dater (drawers falling out, TV had burnt spots in the screen all over).

When we first checked in I thought I was being punked. The lobby is gorgeous, staff was friendly, everything I expected. However, upon entering the room it was shocking. It smelled strongly of urine, the bathtub was peeling and moldy underneath the peeling paint, and the curtains looked like they had been used as toilet paper. We asked the front desk to change rooms but due to a local event they were completely booked for the night so there was “nothing they could do until the manager came in the morning”. The next morning they told us they “accidentally put us in the wrong room” and switched us to another one which was thankfully clean and pleasant enough. Also, the pool looked very cloudy when I walked by, like the bottom wasn’t visible.

First night was good but on the second night I had killed about half a dozen cockroaches. The food is also overpriced for what it was. I felt bad for the bartender cause it was one worker and about 15 customers and you tell she was struggling.

Room was dark and outdated, bathroom had two towels and one wash cloth for three people (more were provided right away when asking). Floors outside room were sticky shoes were required. Staff was friendly and happy to help with any issues.

The rooms were very comfortable and the AC worked well. The water was hot quick too. I had to keep asking for clean towels however, which shouldn’t happen. It also was a hassle getting into the room until I (not them) figured out that the card readers battery was dead. Once maintenance got there (over 90 minutes) and they changed it, it worked fine. Their front desk staff also worked hard and seemed like they had 8 arms they were doing so much. It was very warm at the front counter too. I even saw that a staff member had to bring their own fan. That’s not right management! It’s also almost impossible to get someone to answer the phone… probably because front desk staff don’t have 12 arms.

The staff was very helpful. I wanted a bucket of ice but the machine was broken. The person at the bar got me ice which was very nice. Although the breakfast wasnt included it was abit pricey but very good hot breakfast. The pool looked very pleasing and relaxing. Everytime I would walk by here was always a bunch of people using it. Overall i really enjoyed my stay.
