「Nuestra familia de cuatro se hospedó en una suite y la pasamos genial. La cocina fue ideal para preparar comidas, y el supermercado quedaba a la vuelta. A los niños les encantó la piscina e hicieron amigos con otros huéspedes. Cada día caminábamos hasta la playa para nadar y buscar conchas. También fuimos a montar a caballo y visitamos un parque natural cercano. Por las noches cenábamos en restaurantes locales que estaban muy cerca. ¡Una excelente opción para vacaciones en familia!」

「Overall 5 rating for staff customer service. They were amazing and attentive. As far as the amenities there are none and WiFi is spotty. There are no tvs or blankets/comforters in the room. Amazing AC temperature throughout the room.」

「Positives: The property was beautiful, staff were always available if something was needed and were very helpful in coordinating airport pickup and dropoff. The pool was perfect for young kids as there was a shallow pool, as well as a deep area for adults. Bedrooms and living quarters were tastefully furnished, and made us feel at home during our stay. Negatives: We did have a 8 hours period were there was no running water, and alerted the staff, would mentioned it was due to a repair they...

「If you’re looking for a hotel right in the center of everything and close to the beach, but not on the beach… This is the hotel for you! However, if you want a comfortable and cozy room with a nice hotel or resort like feel, don’t stay here. You can tell they rushed their renovations and there is a roach issue. Also, they didn’t have a blankets or extra linen. The view from the rooftop pool was also good. The cleaning ladies were not very friendly or helpful. I would never stay there again. 」
