"Overall, we enjoyed this resort. However, we weren't given towel cards at check in and the concierge on WhatsApp never returned our messages."

"Resort quality met my expectations with 3 pools, onsite beach access with several built-in beach cabanas, plentiful bars, and restaurants. Kids have a good play area. Kids club is drop off and pick up only. No scheduled or day long activities outside of a handful of events. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet is solid. Kids had lots of good options and they tried new food. Buffet does get repetitive after 5-6 days though. Location is far away from any real walkable area. If we go back to the DR, I recommend a different hotel if you want to leave the resort area. Rooms are decent though had some maintenance issues with TVs and toilets. A dated resort but still has good quality staff."

"I had a very enjoyable experience. From the moment I arrived, everything was designed to make the stay as relaxing and stress-free as possible. Check-in was smooth, and I was immediately welcomed when I entered the doors, which set the tone for the rest of the trip. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a nice view and daily housekeeping that kept everything in great condition. The entertainment at the resort was also amazing especially the Michael Jackson show."

"Property was very well maintained and the chill but not boring vibe was exactly what we were hoping for. Our butler Ray was fantastic and took care of anything we needed. The majority of the staff (75%) were friendly but some of the staff seemed like they did not want to be there (not friendly and did not smile) which was disappointing. Overall we enjoyed our vacation."

"Within three hours of being on property, my wallet was stolen by suspected team member. The staff seemed to disregard it and not care completely. The front desk nightmare of a night man, told me I just lost it and gave me the runaround for two hours as hetold me that the property Manager and security manager were coming. Just to find out from the manager (customer service manager, only decent one. I spoke to) a very nice lady in the morning that he was in fact the night manager. After finding that out and looking back, It felt like an inside job for sure. No team member nor security took it seriously and refused to try to help me get to the police or for file a report on property for days. Me telling them it had been stolen wasn’t enough. It wasn’t until they were already trying to use my cards, did they appropriate offer any assistance to get to the police. Still no on property incident report. During this at no point did I feel really safe on this property or secure. You’ve been warned Do Not book."
