"The room was free of bells and whistles but exactly what we needed. The housekeeping staff were always attentive and provided a wonderful experience for those times when we were in the room. Importantly, the a la carte restaurant options are excellent for an all inclusive resort — and even beyond. We never had any issues finding a decent spot to situate ourselves for sunning, whether in front of the pool or on the beach. The staff, as a whole, were friendly and accommodating. No problem checking in or out, and every moment in between was enjoyable. We look forward to coming back in the future!"

"The staff was so nice and so welcoming every day. It's very family friendly, there is an event every night just for kids, usually a dance party, that our 2 year old granddaughter loved! The food at the buffet was normal for an all-inclusive resort, most of the food was not hot (temperature wise), the food at the sit-down restaurants was very hit or miss. The Flame steakhouse had very good food, the food at the Mongolian grill-style restaurant, Nomad, was outstanding. The food at the Brazilian restaurant was all over-cooked. The Tex-Mex restaurant, Tequila was good. The beverages at the poolside bars were very refreshing."
