A must stay resort! I was very impressed with the property. Absolutely beautiful place. The staff was were always so friendly everywhere you went on the property. Rooms were always clean. Food was actually very good! No complaints. One minor issue, when we arrived to our room we realized our phone did not work....unfortunately we had to go to reception desk every single day to ask for a new phone. Receptionist always called someone and they would send a guy to fix it the next day..Never did. Went the whole week without a working phone. The night before our departure we had to physically make a reservation for luggage pickup in the morning. Thankfully the 2 workers came that morning to retrieve our luggage. Overall, our experience was lovely. We will definetly come back to this resort

The room was clean but smelled like mildew, low shower pressure, resort property overall was nice but needed some repairs here and there. Staff was very friendly. Family resort but definitely lacked entertainment and the dancing contests are not kid friendly! Beach was gorgeous and clean and definitely one of the highlights. Food was mediocre at best and very hard to get a reservation at the restaurants. I don’t see my family and I returning to this resort.

Ich würde auch 10 Sterne vergeben. Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt und haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber, überall wird gefegt und geputzt, Zimmer ordentlich, das Personal sehr freundlich. Wir waren in den Osterferien mit 2 Kindern (12 und 10). Uns wurde gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis beim Check-in ein noch verfügbares Familienzimmer angeboten und das war eine gute Entscheidung, viel Platz, 2 Bäder, Etagenbett für die Kimderund Kingbed für Erwachsene. Der Save war mal aufgehängt, aber innerhalb 15min kam der Security Chief und hat den wieder entsichert. Ich bin ebenso guten Bewertungen gefolgt und kann das sehr gute Essen am Buffet wirklich nur loben. Es wurde alles geboten und war Mega lecker; es kam Themenabende mit speziellen Angeboten; aber es wurde immer soviel verschiedenes angeboten, dass man sich durchfuttern konnte. Die freilaufenden Tiere im Park waren für die Kinder toll. Es gibt 3 Pools; für jeden was dabei. Der Kinderpool ist toll für jüngere Kinder. Unsere waren schon zu alt dafür, ist aber windgeschützt und ruhig. Der Partypool mit Animation und Poolbar, wem es beliebt und der mittlere Pool für irgendwas dazwischen. Die Anlage ist groß aber streckt sich, so hatte man nie das Gefühl beengt zu sein. Am Strand wurden die Liegen schon früh mit Handtüchern geblockt aber da haben wir uns einfach angepasst und vor dem Frühstück uns ebenso ausgebreitet, man ist durch die Zeitverschiebung ja ohnehin früher wach. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Grand complexe mais on ne se sent pas du tout oppressé car il y a beaucoup d'espaces. Avec animaux dans le parc. Belle plage. Grande chambre. Le buffet principal est bon, correct. En revanche les restaurants à thèmes ne sont pas vraiment pas à la hauteur. Le pire étant le dominicain (el pilon) très moyen). Le texmex, brésilien et japonais sont "acceptables". Dans l'ensemble, bon séjour au soleil. Toutefois c'est d'avantage un 4 étoiles que 5 !

Do not waste your money on this property! Not a 5 start by any means! There is not enough space for me and my family to write about everything and anything that was wrong from the minute we checked in to time of departure and during our stay! The only reason I have not given a 1 star is because one of the managers tried her best to remediate some of the issues but the issues still persisted!

We have been to the Dominican Republic many times and this has been the most terrible experience. From unfriendly and unprepared staff, poor quality food, to lack of proper room cleaning and necessities. Dirty tables at the restaurant and if one gets there close to closing time, thee are very limited items to eat. The most shocking of all was the staff. Terrible attitude, we felt as if we were bothering them just by being there. We will never return to this resort and we will ensure that we spread the word about the terrible quality of what we have experienced so no one can go through what we went through.

The staff was nice and polite, the resort grounds and the pool was great, the room was not so, the air conditioner didn’t work so it was super hot in our room, when we went to use the phone in the room to call the front desk to let them know about the AC the phone didn’t work lol, the shower door handle was broken , the tv remote didn’t work it was just a lot, we went to the front desk the next day to tell them about all the things that was wrong, they said that someone will come to fix it, we were there for 5 days and nothing ever got fixed.

There were activities for all ages. There is way too much walking to get from one spot to another. I think it's unnecessarily spaced out. They do have a shuttle, but waiting for that every time you want to eat, go to your room, or pool can be time-consuming or annoying. etc. The property Jacuzzi wasn't heated, and the water had foamy yellow crap floating in it. The pool was dirty as well, with green algae or something in it. Our concierge kind of finessed us of some time because he signed us up for a presentation in order to get commission on bringing customers to a time share selling pitch in the resort which required us to have lunch and spend hours upon hours being explained in detail about a time share that they wouldn't tell us the price to until about 3 hours in eventhough we asked numerous times. So we wasted some vacation time on that. The 24-hour bar is cool, and the staff and bartenders are the BEST staff I've ever experienced at a resort so far. BUT THE FOOD IS NOT GOOD THERE!!!! It is unapologetically bad, to the point where we knew to watch people's reactions when they came in, ordered, and took a first bite of their food. The toilets in the rooms are not in a full bathroom; The room is set up like a studio with two stalls, one stall being the toilet, and the other being a shower. The toilet stall is so small that you cannot close the door while you're on the toilet doing your business. So you MUST be comfy with whoever you come with.

The facility was beautiful but it was lacking cleanliness. The rooms we stayed at wasn’t clean. It was dusty and found some hair. The pillows smelled funky. The room service was everyday but they only fold the bedsheets and take out garbages, they don’t re-sweep the floor, or if they do, it was done poorly. They also don’t clean them on consistent times of the every day so there were times we came back later in the afternoon and they were still cleaning. Some of the dining staff took a while to get water/coffee refills. Food was good but if you stay there for a while the food is almost all the same everyday.

Très bel hôtel! Les employés sont vraiment attentifs à tout nos besoins. Notre chambre initiale sentait l’humidité, mais ils n’ont pas hésiter à nous changer. (À ce moment il y a eu un manque d’organisation, qui nous a fait perdre du temps.) Nous avons perdu beaucoup trop de temps avec le conciergerie club… situé au lobby. Avant de comprendre que ces vendeurs ne travaillent pas pour l’hôtel. Ne perdez pas votre temps.

I recently stayed at Tropical Hotel in Punta Cana, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The biggest issue was the air conditioning. It was not working properly in my room, and even after requesting a room change, the problem continued. This made the stay extremely uncomfortable. Additionally, the food quality was poor. The banquet options were very limited, and the menu was repetitive — it felt like the same meals were being served every day, with little variety or freshness. And nor WiFi even when I paid $12 more The amenities were just okay, nothing special or worth highlighting. Overall, the hotel did not meet my expectations at all. I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

What they don’t tell you about this “all inclusive” offer when you book, is that there’s a vip all inclusive option for more money when you book at the hotel. This is the actual all-inclusive experience. The all inclusive option that’s booked on Expedia is not really all inclusive. The restaurants can only be booked and reserved after check-in, but the issue is most of the options are already taken when you check in. We made reservations for restaurants just to be told at the restaurant that there weren’t reservations. After going to guest services, they told us it was a system glitch. At the time there were no available options for food, no apology, and no rectification. Some of the staff are nice, but most of them have an attitude and don’t seem like they want to work. Our rooms balcony door was broken thus affecting the AC ability to work. Personally, I love the DR however, I would not stay here the next time I visit.

Great facilities. Had poor WiFi connections and tv options were not great. Beach and rooms the rest of the facilities were lovely. The gym was very small and hot.
