「Very disappointing! This is actually a motel, not a hotel. It is located in a rundown residential neighborhood, and unsafe area. There are multiple empty lot on the street where houses haven’t been built. Many of these empty lots are trash dumping ground. There’s no reception area. You have to ring the bell from the street which is answered by the caretaker of the property who does not speak English at all. Therefore, communication is extremely challenging in case you have a question or need...

「During my stay there were many cockroaches in the room 」

「Pool was dirty, we had to wait 30 minutes for the staff to clean the room even though we arrived at 3pm (check in time ) they didn’t provide soap, and the AC wasn’t working good. Shower was rusty. It looked nice on the outside. 」

「The name is called Gardenia Apartments. We couldn’t find it when we arrived as the place was never mentioned by the agent I was talking to. He wasn’t answering my calls too when we arrived. And electricity bills should be paid by guests which will be charged before checking in. 」

「They take 120$ deposit for electricity, tell me that will return when I will check out, then never return and never answer to my calls and messages!」

「The staf was extremely friendly and helpful. As far as the stay, its good for overnight, i thought i was getting more than i dis. Only had a fridge and tv in the roome. The door actually has some tissue stuffed in the craks. Lol. The breakfast was ok to get your day started, nothing extravagant. But overall the staff made the stay well worth it. Not 5 star a But also not 1 star. 」

「We had a wonderful stay. Staff was very helpful and kind. Room was comfortable amenities were beautiful. Shuttle to the beach is available within five minutes. A true escape. We were looking for somewhere that was peaceful but still lively. This was the perfect mix of calm and relaxing, but vibrant. It’s a friendly vibe, not crazy party vibe. But plenty going on, something for everyone. Frank our concierge made our stay seamless 」

「The room was amazing. Great place. Impossible to get any questions answered, check in was a nightmare, and our room locked at 11 am with half our stuff in the room. Hours passed without assistance. Requests for late checkout went unanswered. Room great, communication terrible, facilty amazing.」
