「The hotel and rooms are great and reasonably priced. The check-in process however was horrible. The front desk walked us to our room and when he went to open it there was male guest staying there. Apparently staff was supposed to move him to another room but he was unaware. They went back & forth for 5m until the staff finally found us another room 30m later. While they ended up upgrading us to a nice suite the entire process was frustrating especially at night when we just wanted to sleep. 」

「I stayed today in this cold travel to airlines flights and had a reservation for five additional days. But I couldn’t stay in this place. Everything was dirty. I had Sting water in the toilet area was not working properly. The app places for horrible. There was roaches. There’s a piece of salami. Sitting on the walkway for today’s. You could tell maintenance is poor I will add a few pics to this preview. It’s not what they make it sound or lookin their advertising.」

「I was for some personal gestions. It was perfect for the price and location. 5 mts walk from the restaurants and bar near the area. Like 10mts walk to Los Soles. Really worked for me.」

「Pool was dirty, we had to wait 30 minutes for the staff to clean the room even though we arrived at 3pm (check in time ) they didn’t provide soap, and the AC wasn’t working good. Shower was rusty. It looked nice on the outside. 」
