"The room was great the house keeping was great loved her the guy that put the drinks in y Room was excellent his name was Danny the beach water was black and dirty couldn’t enjoy the beach there should be more for quality there should be better choices of fish the seasoning was not good at all. But love this resort I’ve been here 4 times already. Please also make better choices for Vegeterian people. "

"Zel was very aesthetically pleasing. Tropical with and cozy vibes from the lobby to the rooms. The service was great and the majority of staff speaks English, the food at this property was really good. Our favorite dining option was the steak house 10/10. We had a butler that came with our room, Erickson was very helpful in making our stay comfortable and unforgettable. I highly recommend booking a treatment at the spa, definitely my top experience at this resort. This property also has a club on site which was fun to go to after dinner. "

"A+ is my assesment of this accomidation. The owner/renter went through great lengths to make my stay comfortable. Communication was excellent, the property condition was excellent. It has a full kitchen with every appliance needed! The bedrooms were excellent with a tv in every room, AC in every room and comfortable linens. It is in a gated community not far from shopping or restaurants. Plaza San Juan 5 minutes, Los Corales beach was 20 minutes. I am running out of room so I will add that I WILL DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN!!. "
