"I loved how close the hotel was to bars and restaurants. The pool was big and had so many loungers. The beach sand was warm and soft. The staff were always friendly."

"We were glad that we went during slow season so that we could thoroughly enjoy the tranquility of the property. There were enough guests to provide company without it every being busy or over crowded as since all-inclusives are known to be.
Diverse restaurants, the staff were very hospitable and you could see they're like a happy family. We had a couple of minor maintenance challenges but they were handled well. We did much of nothing and just lazed around but it was enjoyable. We never left except to take the shuttle down to the very chic Beach Club. Definitely a memorable visit."

"The complex was new, modern and nice. Limited lounge chairs. Only 1 key for our condo. There were no instructions for anything posted in the condo though. Had to call management to turn on hot water heater. We had to ask and then pay for drinkable water. The sheets were not on the beds. We had to make our beds after arriving late evening. An odd banging noise was heard 24/7 coming from an AC duct. I would recommend this place for the price/value. IT was clean and comfortable"
