We loved our stay here and plan to come back. Great location, quiet area, and easily walkable to beach, restaurants and shops. The place has so much charm and very well maintained. Great friendly staff. Cleanliness was great. Felt very safe here. Reasonable rate per night, made it affordable and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Broken faucet.Slow drain. Loud fan and fridge. Water pressure disappears. Power outages. Ants crawling all over. They wanted $50 USD for breakfast. Definitely not staying here again on my next trip to Punta Cana.

The room was definitely neglected. The shower water control valves had been repaired outside of the wall with PVC pipe and what appeared to be a bath tub fixture. Breakfast was way overpriced for the offerings at $25 USD per person. No amenities.

We really enjoyed our stay at Art villa! The staff was so friendly and helpful. They had filtered water available 24/7, coffee in the morning, and great housekeeping staff that freshened our room halfway through the week. It is a short walk to the beach and near many restaurants. It might not be an all inclusive but a great option if you want to stay somewhere a bit cheaper.

The photos on the sites are out dated. The kitchen has no sink, the AC was dripping on the bed, the shower is dirty. Would not recommend.

Very unpleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were not professional, and the amenities are poor. I arrived in the evening after a long day. Check in was exceptionally and unnecessarily slow. I was the only person checking in. I get into the room, and it’s not what I booked. The towel on the bed was dirty. When I asked to change it, they told me they have no more fresh towels. I needed to wait 15 minutes to get fresh towels. That’s not to mention the rude attitude. The booking was supposed to be for a studio. I got a small room with some dishes and silverware. The hot water worked one day and didn’t work the next. The door handle was almost broken, I had to lock my room with the locker. Upon checkout, there was no one there to take the keys. Not staying here again.

On the Orbitz website where I reserved this hotel it says free shattel A day before I sent them a message that I am arriving at 5:00 pm please send me the name of the vehicle to ride No answer I arrived went out started asking people about this hotel Then I called the hotel to keep me waiting 30 minutes then he call back and asked me to take a taxi, which costs me $40. When I left the hotel I asked them to arrange my trip to the airport , they brought a private car and forced me to pay $30 . I am not the only one , at the same hotel I met other 2 families from Texas who were unhappy about that treatment I recommend to remove this hotel from your website, If you keep it then I advise every turist not to go to this hotel , not clean , too old, not a convenient location

I had a great stay at Art Villa Hotel. The price was very reasonable for the quality and comfort provided. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I accidentally left my laptop charger at the hotel and was about to miss my bus, but the staff went out of their way to make sure I got my charger back on time. I truly appreciated their kindness and quick help. Highly recommended!

El personal fue bueno, la habitacion estaba bien, tenía clima con mini split y es buena la ubicacion, 4 estrellas porque la iluminacion de la habitacion era muy baja y eso despues de varios días puede incomodar un poco, pero en conclusion, buen lugar y buena ubicacion, agradecido con el personal que nos proporcionaron informacion para transportes a otra ciudad y fueron amables en todo momento🙏

The room is what you would expect for a cheaper stay. I wouldn’t say you should expect an American style hotel for this price. You should bring your own shampoo, soap and hairdryer. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Bed is definetly hard and more of a box spring instead of a bed. Hotel is very close to anything you need.

Lo bueno: el trato del personal y el precio. Lo malo: La habitación olía muchísimo a humedad y aunque intentamos venitarla, el olor no se fue. Una de las ventanas no tenía cierre de seguridad y se podía entrar desde el balcón sin mucho problema porque no tenía rejas ni nada. En general, el mobiliario estaba en mal estado, la grifería estaba oxidada y no era nada cómodo estar en esa habitación. El aire acondicionado goteaba. La parte de la cocina parecía tener grasa y estar sucia, la nevera hacía bastante ruido y no había utensilios de cocina ni nada por el estilo, por lo que no se podía utilizar. Además, tampoco está tan cerca ni de la playa ni de la zona de restauración.

El hotel se encuentra a pocas cuadras del lugar con más movimiento de esa zona, adicional está a pocas cuadras del acceso a la playa. El lugar es seguro. Mi habitación contó con buen flujo de agua caliente y aire acondicionado. En cuanto a lo malo de mi habitación el colchón estaba algo duro, la grifería y lavabo en mal estado.
