「The room I stayed in air conditioning was COLD!!! Fortunately I was able to adjust the thermostat which helped alot. I was disappointed that there was no extra blanket in the closet but being able to adjust the temperature made it OK.」

It wasn’t the staff’s fault but when asked how we would be compensated they simply said “that’s on Hilton” lol no apologies. Nothing.
