「Our stay has been wonderful except for the fact that our room never gets cleaned and the only other complaint is that although it is advertised as handicapped accessible in the bathroom the shower has no grab bars and no seating in the shower. The other drawback on handicapped accessible is the front doors in the lobby have not got one that is easily available for the handicapped.」

「The hotel was so convenient to my husband’s medical appointments and procedures. The room was welcoming at just the right temperature. The bed was so very comfortable. I liked having a small sofa to relax instead of a room with one comfort chair and a desk chair. The bathroom was clean. My favorite two things were the warm welcome cookies and the reading lamps attached to the side of the headboard.」
