「Floor to ceiling windows in room were great to look out over the city and river. Staff was friendly and accommodating, absolute 5 Stars, including housekeeping staff. AC was fantastic. Bathroom was tiny, room, room vents, carpet in need of a deep clean. Breakfast was okay, but no AC seemed to be on in the dining area, so it was hot, humid and sticky. I wouldn’t book here again, but overall it was ok, not great.」

「I would give 5 star if wasn’t for the AC unit blow directly to my bed( can’t adjust), and the room doesn’t have a light but only a small table lamp. considering the price, 4 star should do it, they really keep it clean, very nice public area and kitchen, staff are very friendly. The lighting is kinda poor, the hot water in the half bath was just droplets, the room is divided by a door but the bedroom has zero AC vents or airflow, the bathroom fans didn’t work at all, the phone wouldn’t dial to anywhere on or off property, and the halls were just as humid as outside. The wheel, swing and carousel were hits with the kids, but it’s costly. Also don’t get the pork steak at the Train Shed, it’s terrible.」
