This is the second time I've stayed here this year, and again I am 100% satisfied. The people (especially Quincy and Doris) are so helpful and friendly. The facilities are very nice and comfortable. Definitely family friendly. If I find myself in St. Louis again, this is where I will stay.

The front desk employee is super friendly and very helpful! Rooms are very spacious, pool, hot tub are very relaxing and the breakfast has so many options! Didnt use much of the happy hour but one thing i did like is the fact thay they have a soda machine avaliable 24 hours in lobby when you just need a drink.

Liked that they had a hot tub! The room is a normal okay standard room. Nothing exciting for the price I think it's because it's close to downtown and the weekend I went there was a convention so paid almost 600 for 2 nights

The staff was friendly from front desk, breakfast, etc. The room was clean and quiet. My family enjoyed the pool, happy hour, and free breakfast. With the hotel being in downtown St Louis the free parking was nice and we were able to walk to Union Station. We will definitely stay again.
