It's a great location, right across from the Ballpark. It is a fairly spartan apartment set-up, with concrete floors.. a little surprising? Parking is on the street or in a pay lot.

We were given the wrong codes to get into the building. The WiFi login and passwords were incorrect so we were not able to watch tv. The floors in our unit were not carpeted. They were concrete with areas that had been patched. There was only one key fob when we were told there would be two and told we would be charged if we lost one!
The bed was comfortable. Once we got the correct codes to get into the building and the correct WiFi, the rest of our stay was fine. It just took about 4 hours to get it all worked out.
The floor in our unit was total concrete. There was no carpet or finished flooring. There was patch work and a couple of good sized cracks.

This Hotel 🏨 is right in front of the Ball Park with all kinds of cool restaurants and bars and not too far from Enterprise Center Arena where the Blues played…. And the service I got from the hotel was amazing and very nice to me 🙌👍😉

Peaceful stay
My stay was thoroughly enjoyable. The apartment was impeccably clean, bright, and equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure my comfort. Joshua, Nika, and the rest of the team were readily available to provide assistance via text message. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Was a last minute substitute for our originally booked hotel. This was in the middle of a horrendous heat wave and original place had a broken air conditioner. Most other hotels were unavailable for hotels. Com

The best part about this place was the location. It is across the street from Busch Stadium. However, Expedia should make it clear that you are going to have to jump thru hoops and download “The Landing App” to register with them. They failed to give us an access code for the unit. My simple request to hold my luggage for a couple hours after check out was ignored. The unit is partially finished.

The location for Ballpark Village was amazing! Great location, but everything else, was just okay. Had problems with getting in to the building itself. The code did not work. It’s definitely an industrial unit. Concrete floors. The traffic in the evening was loud in the room.
Looking for location, perfect!
Looking for comfort, eh…

Smelly and lacking in comfort
The apartment absolutely reeked of air freshener smell. I found all the air fresheners and put them in the cupboard. But still even despite doing that, by the time I left, it still reeked of air freshener. Unfortunately, there were no windows I could open.
The communication, while mostly positive, was relentless and way overdone. I received text and notifications from the landing app repeatedly starting weeks before I even ever arrived.
While the interior had the basics, it was certainly not overly comfortable. The apartment was missing the little things that make staying in some other places enjoyable. For example, there was coffee pods, but no creamer or sugar. And there no stores nearby to buy them.

Horrible check-in experience. Code to get into building did not work. After some time we got lucky and someone let us in. Code to lockbox was wrong. Called the contact in email, who never answered or responded. Called all contacts I could find. Finally got a live support person who gave the correct code. Once inside, was a bit disappointed with the unit. Concrete floors, spartan furnishings, double bed. Wi-Fi code didn't work. On the plus side, it's close to everything at Ballpark Village.
