We've stayed here a few times and the staff is always friendly and helpful. This hotel is a great place to stay if you are catching a show at the Pageant or Delmar Hall. There's tons of stuff to do around the hotel, and it's all walkable.

Sad that we visited in off season so no rooftop bar or downstairs restaurant open. The rooms decor was clever, beds comfy, staff friendly. Breakfast across the street was good, walking distance to our venue. Right on The Loop so location was perfect for a night out at a show and shopping the next day.
