The rooms are nice. The breakfast was not as advertised. And we charged for the room on our credit card and our debit card. Was told would pay onsite but had the cc onfile to hold the room. Chose tobuse our dc for the purchase and they charged both and still have not refunded the money.

I liked the room, but several times I had to ask for towels and they were supposed to bring them to the room and forgot. Also, we tend to sleep in, so we usually leave the hotel around 10-1030am for our activities when we're on vacation, and they only cleaned the room once while we were out. The staff was very nice, though and that makes up for a lot, overall I would stay again.

Great hotel and a great location

The hotel was great! Valet service was helpful. The room was clean and a good place to stay for our trip. The breakfast was good with plenty of healthy options. The foundry was right across the street and had plenty of things to do for a date night. There is a bar on the rooftop that was a good spot to relax as well.

The breakfast was fantastic. Hot French toast. So many choices. Such friendly staff. Always smiling and always courteous. We were there as my spouse was in a nearby hospital. Everyone was accommodating and genuinely concerned.

I loved how roomy the size of the room was for our family of 6!! The 2 queen beds, a fold out couch and a small kitchen was perfect for our extended stay!! We were lucky to have some pretty awesome staff members looking out for us while we were there as well!! The Foundry across the street added ro our tour list and made for an even better and fun stay! We highly recommend this hotek and will definitely book again next time we vidit St. Louis!!

Jade/Jay (front desk) and Collina (food attendant) were so rude to me. The rest of the staff were all so kind. I also believe that the filters in the rooms need to be changed, because all of the patrons were sneezing our entire times there despite seemingly clean rooms.
