I waited to give this hotel a review until I finished staying at the other hotels on my holiday. Safe to say this one was by the far the worst, and no other hotel came close to being as bad. The staff were rude and unfriendly, my room hadn’t been cleaned efficiently (there was hairs in the bed and a pair of socks the last guest must of left), and the room had a terrible smell. I was travelling alone here so grabbed food at local places and brought it back to eat, which resulted in creating a different smell from the rubbish as no cleaner came the whole time I was there. On the last day I was there, late in the afternoon someone banged hard on the door and within a second was trying to get into the room. The bathroom was right next to the door and I was undressing to take a shower.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone if they can avoid it. I flew to NYC after staying here and only paid $200 more than what I paid for at Tru, and that was not only a better experience but also a longer stay.
