「酒店入住时发现基本都有灰，浴盆里还有水，床上孩子发现有头发。反应后有及时给到早餐券补偿。前台服务人员比较友善。」

「Customer service was very helpful」

「Our room was large and luxurious. The Duck ceremony was very entertaining」

「We are on the road 60 days a year, and as a whole, this is one of the best facilities we have stayed at, ever. Great close-in parking, literally a few feet from the lobby and two elevators. The room was large and well furnished, with more than adequate laydown area and closet space. Very large TV, comfy beds and linens, good pillows, and well-functioning HVAC. Blackout curtains were a real plus. Excellent shower, sink area, and abundant towels. Plenty of power receptacles for chargers. ...

「The two buildings are a bit confusing at first」

「The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was a little disappointing as it only had sausage and no bacon. I don't care for sausage. The apples looked old and there were no bananas for fruit options. Otherwise, the breakfast was fine. The staff was very cheerful, friendly and helpful.」

「Never disappointed when we stay here. Top notch service, rooms, amenities and dining (fine and casual).」

「Staff was very nice - food and drink was good.」
