"The hotel hit on all the top things I look for in a good hotel: good large shower with great pressure, soft pillows/bed/comforter, good AC, and overall, large space. Some bonuses: great view of the city, huge TV, 4 closets, large mirror, very clean, and right in the middle of downtown. "

"From the second we walked in we were greeted in the most courteous way possible. The entire staff were super friendly. My favorite part was how they greeted my 3 girls 🐶🐶🐶. They sent up a doggy bed and bowls up for my girls. The room was beautiful and clean. No complaints whatsoever.

"Staff was very friendly at check in. Room was very nice and had plenty of space. Location is great if you’re going to Footprint Center or Chase Field. Close to restaurants and bars and even a grocery store. Parking fee is a bit high, but the valet is convenient."

"The best stay at a hotel I have experienced, with my family in a long time. The employees here, top notch. So friendly and very helpful. Whatever we needed or questions we had they were on top of it. The room, actually looked like the pictures. Clean, roomy and everything worked properly and didn't look beat down. We got our room cleaned while out and looked great to return too. Love this place, highly recommend. "
