"We only used the unit but it was very modern, clean, well maintained, and convenient. I would 10/10 recommend these units to anyone and would surely book with Landing again. Communication through the app was fast an le consistent if I had questions. I will add, the app is a must. It has clear check in/out instructions and there are specialists that will communicate with you very quickly if property staff are no longer on the premises."

"The staff was friendly and helpful however I would suggest more attention to the cleanliness of the room. I’ve stayed here before and looked over it in the past, but it was more noticeable this time. There was a hairball on the counter next to the microwave and in the tub."

"The room was disgusting cigarette stains on bathroom sink and the counter. There was only 1 towel, no utensils no cook wear like most extended stays provide also i asked for wheelchair accessable they gave me the 2nd floor i would understand if there had been an elevator also theree was trash all down the stairwell where you could tell that's where people were taking their trash because there was no garbage bins to throw your trash out. It was extremely ghetto I felt like i was Compton CA ooo they didn't even have a blanket for the bed only sheets microwave was dirty i think our room was half way clean it was disgusting by far the worse hotel/ motel. If you are thinking of going on a family vacation this place is not kid friendly i wouldn't recommend this place to no one. "

"Check in staff was not very welcoming and spoke with automated voice just running through her greeting. I was hoping to pay with cash for my one night stay but was told they do not accept cash. Hallway is outdated but smelled clean. Our room layout is nice but it had an musty smell. "
