"Stayed at holiday inn express & suites phoenix - glendale sports dist for an entire week due to a business trip. Amazing location everything entertainment and shopping is within walking distance if you don't mind the heat. The complementary breakfast was absolutely delicious, different meals everyday not to mention the unlimited coffee machine available 24/7 in the lobby. Staff they were just as amazing 👏 very attentive and friendly. The entire week i had housekeeper knock on door asking if my room needed a touch up. The property was very clean thank you to all the staff. Pool... very well kept clean and fresh towels available n fully stocked every morning. My wife and daughter spent their mornings and evenings at the pool. They said 7am swim was the best, (pool all to themselves). Overall we hope to return for future vacations."

"My stay was wonderful wasn't to happy about the powdered eggs for breakfast and when i checked out I was billed an extra 260.00 for a smoking fee that never happened and when I asked for an explanation she said the housekeeper said there was evidence. I asked what evidence and the manager hung up on me when i call back and give my name i get a I'll call you back and never receive a call"

"The place is a bit older of a place for sure, but with that being said they really keep it clean and the rooms are nice, no bugs of any kind the bed was very comfortable, the pool area was super clean and nice, the staff was A++++ , it was 114 degrees and the air was remarkable, kept up with no issues, yes they are pet friendly even tho I did not have a pet but I seen others there. I feel they went above and beyond for me as a guest, I am an otr truck driver and 6 of my family members wanted to come visit me, they had no problem with them swimming and us having a small gathering pool side, didnt even charge me extra as long as no one stayed over which they went home, I just am a picky person and for personal reasons I like having my own space and privacy so I didnt stay with family.. microwave and fridge in room, everything worked as it should and they had more channels for the TV then any place I have stayed before.. I was on the bottom floor 109 right by the pool, it was quite as well.. price was extraordinarily reasonable for being right outside of phoenix, and plenty of stores within walking distance. Would stay again no doubt .."

"Excellent staff! I let them know it was a stay for my wife’s birthday and they hooked it up with a few upgrades and included breakfast! We will definitely stay here again! Very reasonably priced and it’s in the heart of everything! Overall it was very nice and I cannot find one negative to post."
